About Us

We are a licenced residential Builder (79767) and a Home Depot approved contractor in the State of Tennessee. We provide residential building, remodeling, and rehab construction services, as well as small job construction in the Chatanooga-Knoxville - Nashville corridor. We are an established Home Depot and Build Zoom radius. We perform precision, code-oriented construction work with an eye to detail and perfection. We are a skilled GC. Decks, Builds, Demolition, concrete work, site clearing and heavy equipment are also in our vocabulary. We love rural builds & site development. We do small jobs too!

Our Owner has deep contruction experience from California fast track housing to historic renovations in New England. He has worked for Montachusett Construction, Perini Construction, Turner and others. He has worked on bridge projects, High Rise developments, federal projects and several industrial projects including roadway projects and large concrete projects. He is certified by the AFL-CIO in construction safety, blueprint reading, and concrete technology.

Our principal license holder, and owner, has a deep background in remodeling and rehabs, especially for older properties. He has restored dwellings in New England that were buit in the 1700's and has finished 1600's replica properties. Our work includes full restorations, full remodels and design.
